The Stockroom has FREE shipping on all orders over NZD$150!
Most items are shipped the day of the order, and we often use priority mail to ensure your purchase arrives as soon as possible. Get in touch with any urgent delivery requests, and we will accommodate you!
Please expect some delays during the holiday periods and sale periods. We will try our best to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
PRE-ORDER
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): Pre-ordered items typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Payment: Payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your item.
- Updates: We’ll keep you informed about the status of your pre-order and notify you once it has shipped.
- Cancellations and Refunds Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before the item ships if not.

If you would like to check on your orders progress, please contact courier post with your tracking number. Once it has left our premise it is in our trusty couriers' hands.

Any items can be returned in its original condition for an item equal to or higher than the original purchase price. We do not accept returns on items on sale and clearance.
