We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Stockroom — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

A 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items, fragrances, earrings, or hair accessories due to hygiene and clearance policies.
Requesting a Return

Email store@the-stockroom.co.nz with your order number and return reason.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus the 20% fee) or issue store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return your original item for refund or store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
