Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Stockroom — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • We accept returns on full-priced items within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • A 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items, fragrances, earrings, or hair accessories due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Requesting a Return

  1. Email store@the-stockroom.co.nz with your order number and return reason.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus the 20% fee) or issue store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return your original item for refund or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
